- banned myself from the Internet for 3 full days so I could get things done

ok so here is my rant for the week…so I’m at Quizno’s with my mom picking up dinner and I’m looking just semi-cute wearing my green I ♥ Nerds shirt and a black skirt. so we order our Chicken Milano sub and everything and it comes to like $8.91 but when we go down the line to pay ole boy the cashier is like you only have to pay 94 cents. whaaat? I know he was trying to be nice and cheat the store and whatnot by charging us the cheapest thing on the menu on the sly, but my mom is like not ok with people getting in trouble at work, but I looked at his nametag and his name was Chris and he was the Manager! and so my mom tries to be nice and says that the discount is not necessary so she gives him a 10 but then he gives her 5 dollars back in change. So in the end we are paying like half, but I feel weird because this guy has been eyeballing me ever since we walked in. so i say thanks and we’re about to leave when he goes on about having to work on his nerd skills. which is kind of sweet in a way except that he’s a 30 + year old black man who hits on me blatantly in front of my MOM !
